Very friendly staff get to know you. Food half board was really high quality. Room nice but we didn't have a fridge when others did, but no big deal. Bed comfortable with opening windows (rare these days) but heating thermostat unresponsive. Set to 20 so we had to have window open constantly. Nice hotel overall up a slight hill from the lake.
We've only ate there but is was very, very delicious, fair price and top friendly service! Limited menu though but I assume that it is not an offical restaurant.
Lovely hotel, spacious rooms, big bathroom and great shower. Excellent friendly helpful staff. Superb location. Breakfast was very good, especially the large selection of pastries and cake and lovely cappuccino. Evening meals were a bit more variable, first course was always excellent but the second, well maybe just not always to everyone's taste, and if you are a little fussy, you may not be too keen. That said, it did not marr my stay and I would definitely return
The hotel looks great and has an amazing view over the lake. And the restaurant is one of the best I've ever been to. The food is excellent (I recomment the Fish Symphony dish and the Cialda dessert), the waiters are quick and polite, the prices are affordable and the general atmosphere is perfect. Congratulations!
The rooms were tidy, and the view on the lake was excellent from our balcony. I don't usually write reviews but the service especially the guy at the service point was really nice and helpful. Even if we made him some complications about our booking.
Thank you very much I would recommend this hotel for every one who wants a pleasant stay and a nice view.
Rooms with a view
This is a really nice hotel in (what was in early June) a sleepy little town. Most of the touristy shops were closed. The beautiful lake is a short but steep walk from the hotel, okay on the way down but a bit taxing on the way back. Large coaches can't get to the hotel door so you may have a steep walk back from day trips etc. There is a handy little supermarket a short walk away and a takeaway pizza shop just across the road. All of the rooms have beautiful views to the lake or mountains or both. The views from the bar terrace and dining room are spectacular. I had a problem with my 3rd floor room - a very noisy extractor fan in the bathroom which wouldnt turn off. This took longer than it should have to resolve but after a sleepless night I was eventually moved to a 1st floor room which was not only quieter but a bit of an upgrade. Drinks in the bar were very reasonable and the Aperol Spritz delicious. Food was fine for coach party fare.
Fancy little spot with gorgeous views, nice service and good food. The prices are better than what other restaurants are offering down the road closer to the lake.
An outstanding family run hotel.
